Message KONTAHow much does KONTA cost?
Nothing during early access, and you don't need a card to start. If that ever changes, you will hear it from us first, well before anything is charged.
Do I need to download an app?
No. KONTA works inside the WhatsApp you already use. There is also a web dashboard for when you are at a computer, but you don't need it.
What if KONTA gets something wrong?
Nothing is saved until you tap Confirm. If something looks off, tap Edit or Cancel. Saved something by mistake? You can fix or delete it later.
Can I write the way I talk?
Yes. Short forms like 30k and everyday Pidgin like "Emeka don pay 5k" work, and so do voice notes. If KONTA is not sure what you meant, it asks instead of guessing.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Add your staff as managers or cashiers. Each person only sees and does what their role allows, and every change is recorded with who made it.
Is my business information safe?
Your records are private to your business: only you and the staff you add can see them. KONTA runs on Google Cloud.
